Spring Morning Sun: A Review of the Haiku of Tom Tico Tom Tico has been writing Haiku since the 60’s. His work appears in a number of anthologies, e.g. Cor van den Heuvel’s “The Haiku Anthology”, and Bruce Ross’s “Haiku Moment”, and the “San Francisco Haiku Anthology”.
